Scott Saunders is Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain Integration at HAVI. In this role, Scott is responsible for Supply Chain Integration processes which include: Supply Chain process development and deployment, Data Management, Supply Planning and Distribution Services.
Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Moen Incorporated, an operating company of Fortune Brands, Inc., and one of the world's largest producers of residential and commercial plumbing products. At Moen, Scott was responsible for global sourcing and procurement, planning, demand and supply management, distribution, domestic and international transportation, logistics, new product planning and sourcing (introducing over 500 products a year), customer service, and order fulfillment.
Scott has also held several supply chain, distribution, manufacturing and project management leadership positions at the Sherwin Williams Company, Hoffmann LaRoche Pharmaceuticals and Barnes Group.
He received his MBA Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and Marketing from Cleveland State University. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
Recognized by CLO (Chief Logistics Officer) magazine as one of the top 20 logistics professionals internationally, he also received an honorable mention in the Fast Company Magazine “Fast 50”. He was recognized in 2012 with the Leadership Award for Inspiration by the HAVI Wise organization, a professional network focusing on the promotion of diversity within, and enhancing collaboration across all HAVI service lines.
He is a frequent speaker at international events and has a passion for the power of integrated supply chains and processes, and making change happen in organizations.
Scott and his wife reside in Illinois. They have three boys ages 25, 22 and 16, and both are active in the JCM foundation working with Johns Hopkins University to find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
